General Conditions of Sale - KIDO Corner

1. Purpose of the contract:

• These conditions govern the online sale of baby and children's clothing by KIDO Corner via its online store.

2. Products:

• Product descriptions are available on the website. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• KIDO Corner sells clothing and accessories for babies and children.

3. Orders:

• Any order placed constitutes an offer to purchase. Once the order is placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email.
• KIDO Corner reserves the right to accept or refuse an order.

4. Price and payment:

• Prices are listed in € (euros) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment terms are specified during the ordering process.
• As supplier prices are constantly changing, the prices displayed on the site are subject to change at any time.

5. Delivery:

KIDO Corner is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your package during delivery. We are not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions or inactions of shipping services, postal services, or other third parties whose actions or inactions are beyond our control once a product leaves our facilities.

• Delivery times are estimated at 2 to 4 business days and may vary depending on the destination.
• KIDO Corner is not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond its control.
• If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately with pictures of the defects within 7 days of receipt and must be in its original, unworn and unwashed condition.
• We are unable to reroute the shipment to another address or cancel the order once it has been shipped.
• It is the customer's responsibility to locate their package if they have provided an incorrect delivery address. Please note that if your order is returned to us, you will be charged a return and reshipping fee. If you no longer wish to have your order reshipped, you will be refunded less the original shipping fee and the reshipping fee.
  Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages damaged in transit or lost after delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and check its condition.
• Free delivery is available for orders over €49, only for shipments within France. For orders over €49, shipping is the customer's responsibility, regardless of the amount of the order. Free delivery for orders over €49 is subject to change; it is not a guaranteed service.

6. Returns and exchanges:

• In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, article L.221-16, the buyer has a period of 14 days (withdrawal period) from the date of delivery of his order, to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, shoe box, plastic pouches, etc.). Consequently, returns of washed and/or worn, incomplete clothing, as well as damaged boxes, will be refused.

• After this period of 14 days (fourteen days) the return will be refused.
• Reimbursement in the event of use of the right of withdrawal will be made by the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction.

KIDO Corner suggests that the Customer return their products by tracked delivery or with additional insurance, ensuring in the event of damage or loss of the goods a guarantee covering compensation for the products up to their actual market value by the transport company. The return of the products is always at the Customer's risk. The Customer must retain all proof of return. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, who retains the freedom to choose the shipping method.

7. Product quality:

• KIDO Corner guarantees product quality in accordance with industry standards.

8. Guarantees
In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978, the provisions herein cannot deprive the Customer of the legal guarantee which obliges the professional seller to guarantee him against all the consequences of hidden defects in the item sold.

Complaint / Mediation

In the event of a dispute between the Client and KIDO Corner, the parties agree to resort to mediation before bringing the dispute before the courts. In accordance with current legal provisions, the mediator will be "The Institute of Online Meditation (iMel)." An independent and impartial mediation organization.

The Client can contact the mediator on the following website: https://imel-mediation.fr/. The mediator will facilitate communication between the parties in order to reach an amicable resolution of the dispute.

It is important to note that mediation is a voluntary process and the parties retain the right to take legal action if mediation does not lead to a satisfactory resolution of the dispute.
